Complaint under section 156(3) is a very important aspect in filing the case and the registration of the fir for the offence committed. It should be precise enough and to the point so that the magistrate taking the cognizance is bound to order for the registration of the fir on the ATR.

Sir, in order to file a 156(3) CrPC , you will have to file it through a practicing advocate. 156(3) is a complaint made to the court in order by which the court takes cognizance of the offence and directs registration of F.i.r to the Police.
