144 order on family property how to proceed legally with it now

Local Club members & few anti-socials of the area, are trying to illegally & forcefully captured my family Property (vacant Land). At present my father & two uncle are jointly owners of the land by way of Will, which was made by my grandfather. One of my uncle executor of this Will & monitoring the Property administration matter, but he did not taken any action.I am the only son of my father. I went to local police station & make a G.D. mention the full above matter & also sent the writing application alongwith documents of such property to the District Magistrate, Howrah by registered Post. Is it possible, that District Magistrate pass the 144 order on my family property for restrain the anti-social from captured this property? or other order to Police for secure my Property?? Please tell me........

Is your father and uncles take the probate of the will before the District Judge? If they do so then they are now the owner of the property. Now, you may sent to D.M. a R.T.I. letter on the basis of your application. For further information please personally contact a lawyer. Thank you.
