Property issue about imposing 144

I want to know can a house owner impose section 144 in his house? If he does this for how much time it can be sustained? And what things can not be done on the house if 144 is imposed?

Your first question is yes, house owner can impose section 144, subjected to his house. Every proceeding under section 144(2) crpc have a maximum time limit of 2 months and the things can be done is based on the nature of the order.
