Q: Reversion to Hinduism- Guidance Needed

I married a Christian girl in 2011. I was baptized in 2009 and confirmed in 2011 (as per the certificate), though I did not make any application for that. We married in the church and then according to Hindu rituals. I have a son who was also baptized against my wished. Is it possible for me to convert back to Hinduism?

Q: neec help in divorce case after a complaint at CAW CELL KAMLA MARKET

I am living separately from my husband since 6 months now, i hv put a case dowry & physical abuse in CAW CELL against my husband & in laws.... we hv been given 6 dates & my husband did not attend 4 meeting out of 6. They are not ready to give my streedhan as well, as they are saying they don’t have anything & that i hv taken away everything with me when i left. I am being given dates at CAW but my husband & his family is not coming to attend mediation. What step should i take further to get my jewellery & other belongings & how to file FIR against him??? Will i get my streedhan or not??... pl suggest . At CAW the officers are quite lenient with my in laws.... they are just delaying my mater

You deserve to get back everything that belongs to you. Its a very common practise on the part of caw cell officials to be lenient and you must be really stern in regard to what all they are doing. I assure you to get back all the articles that you and your parents gave with their hard earned money. Fir is bound to register as a perjury has been commited on their part. Q: Family issue in which my brother in law hit me several times.

Today, in afternoon my brother in law beat me and my husband who is physically disabled, the reason was that, my husband stopped him to put his things, outside my home, when daughter also came in between to protect me, when he was beating me and my husband. Then we file a case against him, and not he has filed a case against me and my family in which his mother, who is my mother in law is stating that, me and my daughter tried to attack her. And police is intimidating my daughter that her future will get destryed as she is a student and her name is mentioned in a police case.

I am married and my wife was earlier divorced but she does not have any documents for that. Does this can create some problems in future. If I want to create some document what document can be prepared to be in safer side.

Your wife being a divorcee at the time of marriage is not an issue but if she hides this fact at the time of marriage then it’s a concern. You can apply for the certified copies of the case decided in regard to your wife from the concerned court.
