Judge has not framed charges on opposite party as per our application nd CCTV footage ( FIR under sections - 354/34/509/323/325 ) . Judge has removed all the charges except 323 nd 325 though we had adequate proof as CCTV footage . Can we file a review petition so order of judge can be reviewed??? Is there anything like that ?? Coz we are not satisfied with judge's behavior in our case.

you stated that you loged a fir under section 323/354/325/509/34 i.p.c against the accused persons but concerned court frame the charg only 325/323 i.p.c . if you are not interested then you file a revision petition against the said order to session court .

Hi,
You can file the review petition through state, you need to ask the public prosecutor to file a review petition against the order passed .
If the ingredients are there you will succeed as charges can be dropped if ingredients are not there .

Review petition can be filed under section 397 of the Criminal Procedure Code The legality of the order can be gone in to. Also the facts of the case have to be taken in to consideration which were not relied on during the trial.
