Within how much days I can file revision of Interim maintenance order passed by district court in delhi to Delhi high court.

yes you can file revision petition against the maintenance order under section 125 cr.p.c within 90 days from the date of of trial court order before the honble high court with the your credebile ground and documents .

90 days is the limit prescribed for filing a revision before the Delhi high court as per section 397 of crpc. the limitation period of 90 days begins from date of knowledge of the order to the party. do let me know in case you need assistance in filing of the revision petition before Delhi high court.
