How to challenge order of session court for conviction in high court?

i was accused for 420 case and it was running in the session court for about 10 years with almost no victims attended any dates, suddenly Judge announced that charge of 25k along with 3years of jail. Please let me know what could be the further steps that i can take to proceed further, because i don't want to go jail.

U dont have to go to jail, your case was tried by JMFC as 420 is trial by JMFC so now u have option to challenge that order in a criminal appeal before the session's court and u can ask for suspension of sentence in that appeal till the appeal is pending and then session's Court will decide your case now.

You can file an appeal under under section 374 CrPC, against the order of the Session Court in the High Court having jurisdiction. The period of filing appeal is 60 days from the date of pronouncement of order.

Take a certified copy of session court judgement and file the appeal in the high court with in a 60 Day's of order. And also file the susspenssion application to suspend the jail sentence. Than high court give the bail and suspend the jail sentence during appeal
