if criminal revision is going on district court for 3 months can bail will be filed with revision what if bail rejected in district court and revision still going on should you can file bail in high court or you want to eat for tha revision to be filed bin lower court

pls specify for what you have filed your revision case if revision case is filed on same subject matter as that of bail then wait for the final order then go for bail during the pendency dont approach high court as it might affect your revision .

you can file a bail application before Honda Rebel High Court there is no such restriction that if the revision is pending you you cannot approach High Court so I will advise you you should file bail application in High Court for detailed information you can contact me on seven nine zero five one two one zero four nine.
