I'm looking to find out the fees for FIR quashing. The case was settled in Patiala House Court and disposed of in Lok Adalat under sections 420, 419, and 120B. I've heard that quashing is possible for under 25,000/-. What are the court fees for the quashing of FIR?

Hi,You need to share the complete order of the court.uncontested Dismissed means the case was filled by you but you didnot appear before the concern court on dates of Hearing .You can appeal against the order sighting the reason for such default .If the court thinks you have a valid reason your application will be allowed.Thanks

Hi , Only one summon issued is enough to issue bailable warrant of the accused in cheque bounce case , subject to the condition that the summon should b delivered to the accused and it’s report is in file before the date of hearing .Thanks

I have a cheque bounce case ongoing in court for the past year, and now I wish to leave India on my wife's dependent visa. What further implications might I face if I cannot attend the court trial while abroad, and are there chances of a legal order compelling my return if discovered overseas?

Hi, If you will not attended the court hearing, the court will first issue bailable, then non bailable warrant, person who stood surety will be noticed and he will be asked to deposit the surety amount and finally will declare you PO and will order for attachment of your property in India, file criminal case against You .Whenever you will come back to India Police will arrest you. Getting you back depends upon country to country but it’s very difficult. Thanks
