Q: I seek Refund from an Coaching Institute

i have paid registration fee of rs 5,000 and Fee of course rs 30,000 to a coaching institute in noida, i have attended only 2 classes for which no attendance is marked after 2 classes i fell sick and i informed them through phone that i am not willing to continue and asked for a refund from them. They don't have any record of my 2 days attendance. But they are not willing to refund my amount. What can i do please help me as i have paid money but not took their service. i have invoice/bill of both the transactionsplease help me with thisThank you

you can register a complaint on National consumer helpline against the coaching institute if you don't want to get in to hassles of pursuing litigation. On the other hand you can file a case in district forum of your area.

Judge has not framed charges on opposite party as per our application nd CCTV footage ( FIR under sections - 354/34/509/323/325 ) . Judge has removed all the charges except 323 nd 325 though we had adequate proof as CCTV footage . Can we file a review petition so order of judge can be reviewed??? Is there anything like that ?? Coz we are not satisfied with judge's behavior in our case.

Review petition can be filed under section 397 of the Criminal Procedure Code The legality of the order can be gone in to. Also the facts of the case have to be taken in to consideration which were not relied on during the trial.

If a parent gives a cheque to a private school/education institution for paying fees of his child and the same is bounced.On whose behalf the notice is to be sent by school? Either Chairperson, Director or Principal?

notice will be sent on behalf the organization on whose name the cheque was addressed to. The same name will be used for the notice too. However, the complaint will be filed through authorized representative which shall be authorized through an authority letter on the letter head of the organization.
