If I having offence of 420,467,468,471,120-B IPC in two FIR with same context & only complainant change only in FIR & my name not in FIR I'm here only on accused 27a evidence act memorandum.Now my bail got rejected in session court and after that I go high court for bail now I got bail granted in one FIR and another bail application got rejected in high court with merit what I do next ?? Chargesheet not submitted yet & there are 5 accused only my bail application got rejected and other accused waiting for chargesheet. What do I do ?

First file application for bail in second FIR if conditions have changed in your favour technically u can get default bail because charge sheet has not been filled yet .Also file application under 482 CRPC for quashing of FIR's if falsely implicated
