sir/madam I Rakesh Tiwari have won cheque bounce case in both the court .but the culprit has escaped from last 2years .3times non bailable warrant has been sent but no response .how can i recover money through court.what are the section and ay judgement regarding this type of case. The culprits has transferred all his property to his childred.he is getting pension.
