you have to file a separate petition before the court to merge the both the cases together to travel the matter but if the cause of actions are same then the ld court will consider the matter and after considering the facts and the circumstances planet court will pass the necessary order regarding the both the cases . if necessary then please contact

Can there be two FIR in one case?

The registration of multiple FIRs amounts to abuse of the legal process. The act of registering successive FIRs based on the same facts and allegations, at the request of the same informant, will not pass the scrutiny of articles 21 and 22 of Indias Constitution. 01-Sept-2022

You can tag both the cases into one where the complaint, accused and the charges are same. In that case you can apply for its merging. You need to convince both the Courts and pass an order to that respect.

The Court believed that the same person could not make two complaints about the same incident; if something was left out in the first complaint then the complainant had the right to make a further statement under section 161 of CrPC.
