What to do if general diary is filed against a person

One guy rapidly harassing me through 1 month, so I called him & threatened him to not to do such thing in future. Now he complained it to police that I am harassing him & put a General Diary against me. What should I do give me suggestions.
First things is that you should lodge a complain before police station when that person reaptedly harassing you.But according to your present condition you have to file counter Diary against that person.
