Can anyone file a defamation case in court on the basis of whatsapp's status screenshots ( but the name or relationship or anything else related to complainer is not mentioned in the status)?what are the rules for whatsapp defamation case?, Is this admissible in court or the case will be dismissed?

I have been harassed by someone for a month, and after I called and threatened him to stop, he has now filed a General Diary against me with the police, claiming that I am harassing him. What should I do in this situation? Please provide suggestions regarding the general diary for harassment, its validity, and how to handle it.

I received a divorce notice from my husband in May 2014, and I contested the same. I was able to represent myself in court until mid-2016, but thereafter, I could not attend court proceedings as I am out of the state. Recently, in the e-court status, it's showing 'ex parte' twice in October 2017. What does this mean? I am also now seeking divorce. What should I do now to proceed with the case? Please suggest.

The status shown in e-court may not always be accurate. "Ex parte" means a one-sided order has been made. For more details, you should contact your advocate and provide all the relevant papers. It's not possible to explain everything just through writing.

Dear Sir In that case you have to first take the bail and quashed the FIR before high court. If High court reject the FIR then automatically case will be stop. For further information you have to contact with advocate with the FIR copy

Hi, I am a married and well settled Hindu Female. My Grand Father had a huge land which he didn't divide to his 8 sons & 3 daughters. After his death there was mutual chaos and then my paternal uncles and their sons decided to go for a decided share for each after mutual consent. My Father also got his own share which he sold out without informing or letting me know even. From then on they have stopped any relationship with me, me and my husband also went to their house few times for a one on one talk but either they are misbehaving especially my Father and saying all nasty things or my Mother is doing allthe possible melodrama just for one reason that she don't want to keep any relationship with me. I have got one Brother also, he is also behaving in the same manner. May I know, don't I have any rights over the property as I don't want anything for financial reasons but my self-esteem is getting hurt as I or my husband has not done anything wrong to them but just supporting them.
