I received a divorce notice from my husband in May 2014, and I contested the same. Hi, I am a married and well settled Hindu Female. My Grand Father had a huge land which he didn't divide to his 8 sons & 3 daughters. After his death there was mutual chaos and then my paternal uncles and their sons decided to go for a decided share for each after mutual consent. My Father also got his own share which he sold out without informing or letting me know even. From then on they have stopped any relationship with me, me and my husband also went to their house few times for a one on one talk but either they are misbehaving especially my Father and saying all nasty things or my Mother is doing allthe possible melodrama just for one reason that she don't want to keep any relationship with me. I have got one Brother also, he is also behaving in the same manner. May I know, don't I have any rights over the property as I don't want anything for financial reasons but my self-esteem is getting hurt as I or my husband has not done anything wrong to them but just supporting them.
