I am married man.i am staying separately from my wife since 2 yrs. I have meet a women through social media.i have infromed her about my past life. I have told her after my divorce I will marry her,so I want to take some times,.I am doing central government service, so I can't do polygamy.Firstly she has accepted my proposal.then I have meet with her and made with me sex relationship with her consent. After one month we haven't any contact each other for misunderstanding.after she have filled rape charge on me and false promise marriage.what I do sir? What is the solution .help me

Dear Sir In that case you have to first take the bail and quashed the FIR before high court. If High court reject the FIR then automatically case will be stop. For further information you have to contact with advocate with the FIR copy

Q: Father sold grandfather's land without my NOC nor he is giving any sha

Hi, I am a married and well settled Hindu Female. My Grand Father had a huge land which he didn't divide to his 8 sons & 3 daughters. After his death there was mutual chaos and then my paternal uncles and their sons decided to go for a decided share for each after mutual consent. My Father also got his own share which he sold out without informing or letting me know even. From then on they have stopped any relationship with me, me and my husband also went to their house few times for a one on one talk but either they are misbehaving especially my Father and saying all nasty things or my Mother is doing allthe possible melodrama just for one reason that she don't want to keep any relationship with me. I have got one Brother also, he is also behaving in the same manner. May I know, don't I have any rights over the property as I don't want anything for financial reasons but my self-esteem is getting hurt as I or my husband has not done anything wrong to them but just supporting them.

Q: Ammendment in Deed of Property

I have purchased a proprty on loan but erroneously not entered my name as Co owner in Property Registration. The property is in my fathers name. Although I am co borrower and I pay the emis in full. Can I make an ammendment to include my name as co owner in a Rectification deed, as Gift deed wud again attract charges.
