Validity of Vakalatnama after sole signatory passes away

21-Mar-2023 (In Civil Law)
Mr.X, was the defendants friend, and was sole signatory of a V/nama in 2010, which stated he had POA of Def.1,2a,b,c,d,e,f. In 2014 ,it came to light that there was NO POA for 2d,e,f, & they were then declared Ex-parte,but their names still remained on V/nama. Def.1 passed away in 2018. Mr.X who signed the V/nama expired in 2019. Is the V/nama valid or is there need for fresh V/nama signed by 2a,b,c Thank you.

Dear client please note that suit is abate against died person so you have to bring legal heirs of the person i.e. Def. No. 1. you can not bring legal heirs of POA holder. No need to signed V/Nama as some person who signed said V/Nama is alive.
call me for further advice.
