You have to fill up a form & in that form, you have to mention in the Reason of Death Row/Column : Concerned person is missing for more than Seven Years & by the law, a person who is missing for seven years or more than that & as such, such person can't be traced or tracked and no one has any information about that person, then such person is being considered as Dead.
