I live in bangalore. My father was missing more than 7 years from mysore (karnataka) .I have police fir report mysore (karnataka) . How to get my father's death certificate and where to get ? suggestions are required..

You would be required to file a Civil Suit for Declaration seeking a declaration that your father on account of being missing and untraceable for more than 7 years, may be treated as deceased..... You can also try approaching corporation and take endorsement before filing a suit..
