Regarding sending of legal notice to office address which was causing

My brother-in n-law is working as a software engineer for a banking domine in Canada. He is getting the legal notice to his office mail and address. As he was working in a secured domin, he is getting problem from his HR saying that, not to get personals to email or office address. What type of legal action can we take for not coming the legal notice to his office address?

Yes , as such first we need to know that how Notice are served and the reason of sending the notices so that it can be identified kindly let me know the details the reason as such no one have Right to send unwanted notices to any which effects the reputation of others

u must have fil a legal notice that you have to do with the property of their Wat type of advice u need to get the notice were you have filled the case before which court and u don't have any questions you can get legal relief and u can file the papers to write a letter from the court were the cas is going on

for stopping legal notices coming to his office address he has to file injunction suit in India and get a direction from Civil Court against the person who is providing his address to the court. for this purpose for filing an injunction suit in India can employee an attorney through a GPA to one of his family member ,that is yourself or even to a friend.
