Already RPAD and PF furnished, issue notice to R-1 through RPAD. Is there any way if they don't take this notice is case is going to dismissed. Since they have applied fake DV on me after we replied we will attend court. From then they have not sending any notice to me and even court is sending them notice on this.

Dear Sir/madam

You may seek alternative service under order 5 rule 20 of civil procedure code. Get publish in newspaper after taking permission from the Court. Secondly substitute service by way of personal service by yourself by hand. You can chose mant such alternative modes.

hi sir,

if the court has given notice, they should have received it. in case they are not in the same address then we can get the process done through the court and can get it served directly on them.

you also can file a criminal case on her so that she realizes the pain.
