You can approach to the Marriage registrar of your area and give a written application to the registrar for your marriage under special marriage act and follow the procedure for the same, you need at least two witness for marriage registration.

If you are a Hindu and your partner is muslim, you may register your marriage under special marriage act but its a lenghty process and it takes more than a month's time however you can register your marriage after conversion of religion. It will take only two days to register.

This query is more related to psychological stand or suggestion rather than legal suggestion.it is your choice to marry a Muslim guy,if you want to marry you have to take stand.there are only two ways one is exceptional and other is acceptable now you have to choose and fight from your inner self.all the best

If boy is Hindu you may proceed with Hindu marriage, and if your family members are not assenting for this marriage. You should file protection petition in HC or concerned DIst Court. For all this purpose you have to engage counsel.

Inter cast marriage is not ban in india. The only thing is that your parents are not interested in it. If you and the boy are interested to do marriage, just do it in any arya samaj mandir or gurudwara which is recognized in Registrar of Marriages. Then register your marriage with ROM. In case of any threat from your parents, you can file a case with the District and Session Judge for protection and notice will be issued to them not to interfere in your life. Then Live happily. But think seriously before taking this step and then proceed further, because parents always worried about the security of children. regards, Adv Malhotra

In Sikhism as well as Hinduism parents are compared as next to god. Parents sacrificed a lot in your upbringing they bare all hardships for their children. They too have lots of expectations from you for me you should do what your parents want and only marry with their consent..... Thank you
