Q: Supre area increased plus stilt parking floor added
I purchased a flat in 2011 with a builder. I filed a case for delayed possession. I got the order in my favour. Now the builder has added 5 lakhs for super area increased in the final payment demand further builder added 2 lakhs for stilt parking floor which was not there in the plan at the time of booking. Now can i approach the consumer court again?

Yes, this is saperate cause of action. you must approach again for their illegal demands... As per laws the builder can not increase the builders up area without the knowledge and consent of the buyer... generally they do this due to earn the profits.. you have right to sue them again.... for any consumer complaint assistance you may contact us.

Q: How much % will be deducted from booking amount
I have pay Rs254000 at the time of booking a flat and sign the document of expression of interest only . Now from some reasons I wanted to cancel my booking but the builder will deduct 15% from the booking amount . The builder will Never mentioned that 15% will be deducted and rest of the amount will be refunded without interest . So now, I am bounded to pay that %? Plz solve my query..

On such kind of dispute everything is based on agreement signed between builder and buyer. for proper advice you have to meet with copy of agreement. if there is no clause of deduction then builder can not deduct single penny. You have to file revision petition against the charges order vise which he have been framed only under 308 and not in 307. you may file revision petition under section 397 of CR PC before the higher authorities.
