Sir l m 32 yrs Hindu boy; married in April 2015 now have a two months old boy. My wife has been living with her parents since last one year. my wife doesn't want to live with my parents. l tried a lot but didn't get any response. They r disturbing my job as they r spreading romours at my working place. lt was a dowry free marriage. what will be the basis if l file a case. l m alone son n can't leave my parents. Can she file a dowry case?

Yes u can file the divorce petition on the ground which one u discussed in your query that she doesn't want to live with your parents because there is recently one judgement also of apex court on this very point. And abt dowry case, yes she can also file the do wry case againt u and your family

Hi, in your matter actually what happened.... We are sought protection from the court against the Parents or relatives who are not aggreed with our wishes on the decision of marriage. After court nothing will send to the parents but police will confirm or investigation about your protection from the parents or relatives.

In court proceeding what is the meaning of Notice of stay in the case CWP-13367-2014 in punjab and haryana high Court chandigarh in interm order dated 14 July 2014.does that means stay to the proceeding of company or not.

Hii .... in that order the words are "notice regarding stay also" it means argument on stay will also address on next date. So there was no stay at all. On that day justice summoned the respondent in main case as well as to argue on stay also.



Q: How to proceed with inter caste marriage

I am a hindu gal wishes to get married to a muslim guy ...me working in a state government office ...cant declare that I am marrying a muslim coz it will be looked down yet dnt want hide it ...is there any way I can solve this issue properly yet not becoming of discussion among the employees.

Q: Husband filed for divorce, but I dont want divorce.

Got married in 2013.hindu marriage act.we both are doing govt job.due to some family issues i filed case in women cell.but problem not solved. They filed domestic violence case against my in laws.then i filled case in court (sec 12..17,18,19,20,23,)and sec 9..but my inlaws not appear in court after 2 month my husband file case against me.divorce. (cruelty and dissertation).but i don't want divorce
