Q: harassing by the authority of Govt. Board for filing CWP

Sir, I am working in Govt. Board situated as an Information Assistant on a regular post for the last 20 years. My query is regarding seniority list of Information Assistants, wrongly finalized in my Board/department by the authorities and I was mainly affected by this. After that, I file a CWP in Hon'ble High Court in the month of Nov-2017, which is pending. Secretary of the Board (IAS Officer) is pressuring me to withdraw the case, and he is mentally harassing me that I will transfer you in some bad place of the office there will no time to think about your case. He asked me there is no benefit of the court case, it is a waste of money. Leave it. Three times he is insulted me in front of officers and my colleagues and junior staff. Now he is asking to administrative officer to transfer him from the computer section to some bad place. Please advise me I have an option to put this matter in Hon'ble court on coming hearing date ( i.e 31-Aug-2018).

in such situation it will be better to move an application before the Hon'ble High Court under section 151 CPC through your counsel stating the fact that the DC is harrasing and asking for withdraw the case and also sought stay from transfer from the present place/position of posting however it will be better to consult your counsel and ask for mind view of the Hon'ble Judge about your case or if your case pertains to punjab and haryana high court you may contact me i can guide you as per situation.



Q: Remedy for online data entry job fraud

One day message comes on my mobile about online data entry. And asking me to give addhar card photo in WhatsApp which I give. Then they make an agreement without telling me. Asking me to pay 7600 to cancel agreement but I ignored think that is fraud now notice is come from advocate to pay 7600 otherwise they put fill on me in court what I do I am a student I don't have money and think that I spammed please help me

Make a complaint before the cyber crime cell of your nearest police station and brought this matter Into their knowledge These online fraud can be investigated by an officer above the rank of SHO So it will be better to file online complaint



Q: Can company force me to resign and handover details

Company hired a same post person without inform me and they order me handover all the details to other person .I am mentally harassing .company senior person forcing me I resign the company they saying u do another lower work plz give me a right advise

what is your position ? if you are a workmen raise industrial dispute by sending a demand notice and initiating process in Labour Court. you can not be replaced without adopting proper procedure and withdrw you resign if the same had not been accepted till date. 4



Q: Left the job without serving the notice period

i had signed a bond of one year with a company. I was not provided any training and worked like ab employee. I had to leave the job without serving notice period as my mother was really not well. According to my bond i have to 75000 for bond and 6 months salary for not serving notice period however my last month salary has been deducted already. Am i liable to pay the money?

In India tere is no law to force you to do a particular job for certain period You can leave job if you have any genuine problem or non satisfaction regarding any issue. However it will be difficult to recover the one month salary hold by them but certainly u need not pay anything



Q: How can a person rejoin In NVS?

I resigned from Nvs in 2016 feb. And joined another govt. Job. But due to some issues this govt. Job is quashed by appointing authority. Now I wants to rejoin NVS , While my resignation was accepted by our regional office. How to rejoin NVS . At NVS my probation was confirmed.but they mentioned in my NOC lein will not be entertained .
