Hi. I will be very candid with you, the chances of being successfull in reopening case after getting it dismissed is very bleak as the grounds on which it can be reopened a very few. It is only if you can satisfy the existence of such available grounds that the court will re entertain the disputes.

Once a case is dismissed from Supreme Court, it is closed forever. But a review petition can be filed if there is some serious irregularity. Thereafter there is a provision of filing of a curative petition.I do not think your case will fall into such a category. However, the proper reply can be given only after viewing the all the documents, a copy of Special Leave Petition filed earlier. etc..

The case can be closed without prejudice if there was a minor error in the procedure or a deadline missed. The case can be reopened in these circumstances.
