Replying to a Legal Notice of the employer

31-Jul-2023 (In Breach of Contract Law)
I have been hired by one of the company on 24th June, 2019. They terminated me on 26th July 2019 without giving any salary. After my termination I wrote an email sharing the experience within company. Yesterday around 11pm, dated 30th July, I received a legal notice from my employer through a lawyer claiming that the mail I have written has cost them huge losses which is totally wrong. I want to know how to react? Please help me even they have not paid my salary!

Hi,it is advisable to reply to their legal notice ..Also to issue them a legal demand notice for your pending salary ..If they fails to provide you the pending salary we can file a civil suit for recovery in court or a complaint at the labour court
