Yes you can submit the documents on the same and provide a copy of the same to the opposite party or the complainant whatsoever in your case. Further, get the same recorded on the order passed on that same day.
You must submit all documents along with complaint/reply or rejoinder. In case the document you need to file is an additional document, It must be submitted along with an application and the application will be heard by the learned member of the court and will allow you to submit the said documents.
Ps. Such an application to file additional documents must be filed before the next date of hearing.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I reference to the trailing query this is to inform you that submitting the documents before/in the Consumer Court(s)/Court(S) is entirely depends upon the stage of the case/matter and the Mood/desecration of the Court/presiding officer of the Court. Further, in Delhi most of the high offices of the Government of NCT of Delhi used to remain closed on Second and Fourth Saturday of each Month, but sometimes things may verry as per the guidlines issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi and other high authorities. Please also note that you may file/submit any documents before/in the Court only after obtaining the permission of the Court, usually most of the Courts remain liberal towards the litigants and allow the litigants to file/submits documents on any day/time before/in the Court.
hope answer will suffice the needs of the query.
Thanks & Regards,
Adv. Abdul Kader,
