Gave surety in bail for relative can i take it back now

I have given my property documents for the bail of my relative under case NDPS Act. As I think that he will not do as per legal proceedings and I have to face problems in future. Can I request to court to cancel his bail or I can back my bail from courts.

Hi what u can do is take back ur surety. Gve application in the same court that u want to tke surety bond back. Then court will order him to arrange a new surety. U can contact me fr the same at any time.

iF YOU HAVE NOT FAITH ON THE PERSON FOR WHOM YOU HAVE FURNISHED YOUR PAPER AS A SURETY AS DEMANDED BY THE COURT , THAN YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR SURETY BY GIVING AN APPLICATION TO THE CONCERNED COURT.

You can move application in court for withdraw of bail bonds.then court will notice to accused to file fresh bail bonds.you can move application any time for withdrwing of your bail bonds.if in any case he will not come court to file fresh bail bonds then his bail wl cancel.

You can take back surety at any time . You can file an application in court relating to withdrawal of surety bonds fgiven in favour of accused. Court will not raise any objection or any party to the case objections will not be entrtained.

Yes u can back property documents for the bail of ur relative under case NDPS Act . U request to court to cancel his bail at any stage of case in future and back ur bail property documents from ur relatives case .
