Mam u can file a divorce case on the grounds of concealments of fact and u can also file dowry and crulety case under section 406 498 IpC and can also claim maintence from your husband under section 125 crpc.

M belong to sikh family .. i want divorce on desertion base coz we r living separate from 3 years my wife is not ready to give me divorce.she is greedy for money help me

Sir you can file divorce on the ground of cruelty and dissertion and can seek divorce from your wife and if she is greedy for money you need not give her any penny . You can file divorce under section 13 Hindu marriage act.

Sir my wife went for 1 day program in her parents house but she will not come so I will call her where is she . as we have a nine months baby . but she did not pick the call . so I called his uncle to confirm and asked her to take care of baby she starts fighting with me and said she will not come ever and disconnect the call after that his uncle pick the call and said she will not come we did not went her back . I am a wife and married for 5 years with one child. I am living separately for almost 2 years. I don't want to live with my husband .
