I have submitted my property documents as surety for my relative's bail under the NDPS Act. However, I believe he may not comply with legal proceedings, which could lead to problems for me in the future. How can I withdraw bail surety, and can I file an application for withdrawal of surety to request the court to cancel his bail?

iF YOU HAVE NOT FAITH ON THE PERSON FOR WHOM YOU HAVE FURNISHED YOUR PAPER AS A SURETY AS DEMANDED BY THE COURT , THAN YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR SURETY BY GIVING AN APPLICATION TO THE CONCERNED COURT.

Q: Can I file a case after 30 days of cheque bounce

I am a trader. One of my customer's cheque got bounced twice & he is not paying the dues. Last cheque bounced on 25/11/2016. Can I sue him for payment of dues? Please help.

if the three month is not expired from the date of issuance of cheque, You have to present the cheque in your branch to get the fresh memo , as the time limit is within 30 days from the date of memo .

Q: How to claim Istridhan in divorce case if husband not coming in court

I have filed a divorce case as I am staying separate from my husband since 3 years. Despite various summons sent by court he didn't appear in the court so the court has now done an exparte ruling against the respondent. In my divorce case I have also mentioned the return of istridhan that is my right but what happens in this case when the respondent is not responding at all ? My lawyer says that I have to file a separate case for that before the court grants divorce .... Can't I claim istridhan in the same divorce case ?

EITHER YOU CAN RECOVER YOUR ISTRIDHAN OR DOWRY ARTICLES BY FILING A COMPLAINT TO THE CONCERNED POLICE STATION U/S 406 IPC IT SHALL BE WITH 498 A IPC OR FILE A CASE UNDER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WITH AN APPLICATION TO GET RECOVER ALL THE ARTICLES. YOU CAN NOT RECOVER YOUR ARTICLES THROUGH DIVORCE PETITION

Q: OBC caste added but not updated by punjab government

Of late punjab added few castes in obc list but its more than 20 days still they didnot update obc list of punjab. so facing problem in applying obc certificate as "serial no. in obc list of state" is required. On other hand Saini/swarnkar is added and next day updated list is posted in official portal.

Q: Borrowed money with blank cheque as security now cheque bounced

Hello sir/madam My brother borrow some money on blank cheque as a security basis. We pay the interred according to it but under some problems we unable to pay the interest from last 4 months and that person filing the case on cheque basis and sent us notice. Please tell us some solutions.

if you are agreed to pay the due installments , have sitting with him and do all things in written form or you can made payments through court and may request for few addition time and dont forget to receive back that blank cheque given as security.
