Change in surety person by producing site documents

Hindus. Myself, mother n brother accused in 498a case. Brother was in jail for 1 day. Myself n mother released in judge residence. My lawyer arranged for property surety throgh another person by taking money. But, my question is whether we can change surety person by producing our own site documents in court which is in my mother's name?

You cant do at this time. There is no specific order for self surety. At that time only you can do all such legal acts. I hope in your case no such order of surety is ordered.

S u can change surety at anytime but ur mother can't stood as a surety if she is accused some other person or ur relatives can stand as a surety. Ur mother name is in accused then its not possible to stand as surety
