Q: Legal action against neighbours for causing problems to others
Recently new home(2 floors) has been built by someone just next my house and they have opned a multi-specialty hospital in it due to which we face lot of problems like traffic. Their patients park their cars in front of our house.. what to do??we even gave an application in committee to resolves this but nothing happened. All the signatures were on the application of other neighbours too. what to do??, what is the neighbour nuisance law in india ?, how to file a complaint against neighbor ?

Hello If someone is creating any hindrance in your ingress and outgress you can file complaint to police .you can move to civil court for restraining them to block your passage.no one has right to block your door
Q: Lawyer took signatures in blank paper for quashing case, can blank paper sign be misused ?
have signed a blank green coloured paper and given to a lawyer for quashing a case. I was victim im a criminal case that is to be quashed. This paper is not used till date. I want to know whether that green coloured paper be used for any legal purpose against me in future. Like whether my property or any other thing can be in danger?, why advocate get sign on blank paper?, I am not misunderstanding my lawyer. But only for sake of knowledge.

Dear sir First keep in mind never sign any blank paper.if you lawyer has taken some paper from you whether papers are signed or taken signatures on blank papers you have to talk with your lawyer reagarding that one.

appellate high court suspended the sentence of accused during pendency of appeal on giving surety on satisfaction of CJM, now a person give surety of accused in chief judicial magistrate's court on direction of high court wants to withdraw his surety bonds, now from which court he can withdraw his surety, aapeal is pending in high court. surety wants to withdraw his surety bonds in which court he can move application for withdrawal of surety ? high court or cjm court?

I am a wife and married for 5 years with one child. I am living separately for almost 2 years. I don't want to live with my husband . I have gone through a lot of physical and mental trauma caused by not only my husband but my entire in laws family. I want divorce but my husband and his family are not ready for mutual consent as they are axpecting dowry and want me to suffer my whole life like this.
