3 admi ne mujhko notic diya hai k un logo ne mujhe 4 lakh rs diye hai mere ghar pe par kuch bhi nahi diya aur us k liye mujhe notice bheja hai k mai un ko 4 lakh rupee du nahi to court mai case file kar dege par paise k liye na to koi agreement hia hai na hi maine koi signature kiya hai kisi bho document pe ab mujhe kya karna chaiye

First of all you need to reply the said recovery notice. Never reply by your self, try to consult a competent advocate along with all relevant document. After replying the legal notice wait for futher steps. mean while you can intiate criminal proceeding for defamation also.

you need not to worry they can go to court but without evidence they can not win their case.
