My Response to your query:

You have to accept the said notice and have to reply that notice.

If you not accepted again they will issue notice to you.

It is better to accept the notice and respond.

Service of notice by speed post is valid service as per law. Your sister should accept the notice, sent reply mentioning the facts and denying the contest of the notuce which are false. If your sister does not accept the notice it will be treated that your sister is accepting the allegations made against her.

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that you have not accepted the legal documents which was sent by the Court, which in case will effect you later as the court may decide the case ex-parte and in that case you will be unaware of the same

Though you did not accept the petition, on behalf of your sister you need to make inquiry whether proceeding has begun or not otherwise ex-parte order will be passed against your sister so please take advise from an advocate and take necessary legal steps.
