Preponement of Contempt of Court Proceedings. Is it possible ?

Though it is possible to file an application for early listing of the case but in my considered opinion it would of any help to you as the application for early listing/hearing shall be listed in May and even if it is allowed on the date when it is listed the court will give a specific date of its listing /hearing, which most likely cann't be prior to the 6th July, 2017 in view of the fact that in June, 2017, being summer vacation, the court may not hear this matter.

Thus I would suggest that instead of filing application for early listing/hearing, you may ensure that the case is listed on next date i.e.6/7/2017 and it is decided on that day itself.

my case stage where contempt notices are made to govt on 13/04/2017 and next date is given 6/7/2017, is it possible to prepond this date via application. Please tell me.?
