If will is registered and no one changed this will. And second thing is mutation of property in mother name. Then son purchase that property from mother and mother gift that property to son. To more information contact me

Yes any true owner can transfer his property to any one but between mother and son the sale deeds are suspicious in the eye of law if any one challenge the deed

Yes,
son can purchase the property from his mother .
There is no bar for such kind of transaction.
Son has to take care that will should be registered or there is no objection from other legal heirs.
