Maximum Interim Maintenance amount to be paid-Reg.

I have applied for divorce against my wife on the grounds of cruelty. I am a physically challenged person. I have 2 sons (4 year old & 10 month old). My wife has filed for interim maintenance. My take home salary is Rs.17500 ( after all my loan deductions). My wife is asking Rs.30000. It is not possible for me to give that huge amount. I would like to know what will be the maximum interim maintenance i need to pay in my case? Kindly suggest me. I have to take care of my parents ( both are senior citizens).
first of all you should true that you have only getting a 17500 as your salary next thing you should show home or your dependence and you should true that father mother or your dependence and all the loans which are obtained everything you put a document in the court after that decent minimum living maintenance to your wife basically there is no formula for this but some codes are adapted one fifth of the salary as a maintenance to the wife we can fix the maintenance amount

You do not have to file any counter petition to rebut her maintenance case. If she has filed a case for maintenance it is imperative that you file your reply and refute her allegations. If you wish to avoid paying maintenance to her the the liability to pay maintenance is to be shown as not existing
