23-Apr-2024 (In Property Law)
I have an ancestral property, my father has 4 siblings, property was on my grand mothers name, my grand mother transferred property to my fathers elder sister (Riya) through gift deed with other siblings consent, later her husband (Ramesh) took her signature and transferred property to his (ramesh) name, now my fathers sister (riya) is deceased with no children and her husband (ramesh) is also ill and now his (ramesh) brothers are trying to grab the property...... so what can i do now?

okaybi understand your questions so your grand mother have property right that is your grand mother self aquired property or it is ansestralnthat is important so if it is her own hard earning money she have a right to transfer the property to her daughter Riya with out any consent of her other children's so if your grand mother property is your grand father earning she don't have any legal right to transfer the property to her wish if it is ansistralnyou can file a case againest that property partician suit and made a party to Ramesh .
