Working 24hrs as one duty and next 24hrs as holiday

We are working in an organization where we have to work 24hrs as one duty and next 24hrs is holiday. And we are not getting any ESI P.F or any other allowance from our company.is it legal to make us work 24hrs as one duty. Because of these working hours we are suffering a lot,we are getting health issues too. Please suggest us .thanks in advance

hi
the maximum permissible work hours per day cannot exceed 9 hours( with 30 minutes lunch break) under labour laws. also since there is no provision of PF and ESI provided by your employer, you should complain to labour officer having jurisdiction over your place of employment.
