MNC company employment issue and other

Hi, A month ago I have cleared an interview in one of the biggest MNC of India. They gave me offer letter and joining date. In between this period I did my all documentation and on boarding process. Around 10 ago I have joined company and started my training for the process. And they have also created my employees ID and other things. But 3 days ago HR told us that because of some issue they are putting me on redeployment process for 2 month. And if they are unable to provide us any opportunities then after 2 months our employment will be terminated and we have to leave the company. They told us that they will consider our experience and educational background for adjusting us on other projects but they haven't selected me even I have 1 year experience and m.tech. when I asked them the reason that why are they not selecting me they haven't replied. Total 40 peoples are in my situation so can you tell us what should we do?
this is a gross negligence on part of the employer they should be treated or they should be taught a lesson this is also again labour laws violation, we can help you in sending legal notice to the company and help you to extend your employment in the company please call me for more information
