Q: How To Retrieve Amount Debited From Account By Cybercrime Fraudsters

I have been a victim of cybercrime fraud where fraudsters withdrew certain amount from my account. Immediately I registered an FIR in Cybercrime police Station. On investigation, cops were able to trace the conspirators and successfully freezed his account. Now, police station informed me on the same and asked me consult a lawyer to seek order from the court so as to initiate the refund. I wish to know the procedure to retrieve the debited amount. Q: Refund for cancelled Intl. Tour Package (Govt. Covid Travel Advisory)

We had booked Bengaluru - Singapore flight, hotel and tour package for 14 Mar 2020 from Thomas Cook online.Based on the Indian Government Travel Advisory dated 11th Mar Thomas Cook informed us in an email on 13th Mar evening that the tickets have been cancelled and that they would be providing us a refund. [Though the booking was done online, all communication has been handled by Thomas Cook Mumbai office.]However, on further followups they have denied refunding the amount and are forcing us to take a credit note for any tour till Mar 31 2021. As the credit note is against our wishes and we did not request cancellation please let me know1) if Consumer Court can help us get the full refund2) can we approach Consumer Court in Bangalore even if Thomas Cook ticket disputes are in Mumbai jurisdiction (as Mumbai office processed the online booking).3) the process for raising this issue in a Consumer Court.

first you have to send a legal notice and see their reply if they do not reply for your notice then you go ahead and file a consumer case and probably that will help you in recovering money from cancelled tour...

Hello sir,My Bank account was hacked(stolen); police confirmed that part of my stolen amount has been frozen in bank account and further told will call you and said court order needs to be made for amount to be transferred to your accountBut police never called me ; Can any lawyer guide me how to do court order for amount release; how much will it cost to get court order done .With RegardsK K

Q: I have a vehicle seized which i rent through self driving company

I have a vehicle which i rent through the self driving company (vehicle registered under the company name) Police seized that vehicle as one customer carrying ganja in it and filed FIR. Can some one help me with the procedure to get the vehicle
