If Both are willing to divorve go for Mutual divorce and make it clear that there are no financial obligations for you to make any payment of Maintenance or alimony as you have already paid for the same.
Take divorce and Proceed further with new life. You dont have to sign on such stamp paper, You have to file a petition in court for Mutual divorce and get court decree.

Dear Sir
If she married it is well and good otherwise such divorce is not valid and you have face severe consequences. You have to take legal divorce from the Court only. You may file divorce case from our office and get ex parte divorce if she did not turn up to the Court .
