Q: how to cancel admission in college and want to take back my fees

I took admission in VSMIT College of Nipani, but now I want to cancel my admission. I have already paid ₹15,000 as fees, but the college is not returning my documents. Can we cancel admission in college after paying fees?

You should submit a written letter to the college authorities stating that you want to cancel your admission. Ask them for an acknowledgment receipt after submitting the letter.

If the college does not return your documents, you may need to file a petition against the college authorities to get them back.

Can we get DC conversion certificate for 30×40 site in varthur. Actually the land which I am trying to purchase does not have dc conversion but it is b khata site,taxes were paid till date. Let me know to process to get dc certificate for site. I am planning to construct a house on this site. Will it become a problem for me in future. Will Bbmp question me ant thing on my property.

DC conversion cannot be issued for site. If BBMP permits you can pay betterment charges and get it later take plan approval from BBMP and construct house if all documnets are perfect and legal. If Betterment charges are paid you can get the changes done in Katha in BBMP.

Please get the enitre property documents verified with the lawyer and get proper legal opinion for such purchase of property. Documents need to be verified for legal opinion on such issues. Documents would speak whether it is valid or not.

My mother is unsound mind taking treatment in NIMHANS my brother sold all our jewels and took all her post office saving and even mortgage my mother's property by taking sign of her but she does not know what is going around her if we say also she doesn't believe because she loves his son and my big sister always coming and torturing to sell the property as my sister and uncle or in debt she was never even bothered to see her parents since twenty years of marriage but now she and her husband are asking to sell my mother property to fill their debt I am consured of my mother as she is unsound and 60 years old I fear she will be sent to road bythis selfish children as a daughter how can I help to save her rest of life

File a complaint against them under senior citizens protection act. Also court will guve direction to secure her life and property no body can sell and children have to take care of her in a proper way. Also court will issue directions to take care of your mother completely in a human way.

Q: Interior company doing fraud from diff diff co names

I gave the interior work to a company named Furnishfox.in and gave 50% advance. He gave me a contract on stamp paper to finish the work by 15Nov. But as soon as he got the money he stopped responding , then we filed NCR with the police. After that he brought some material with very sub standard quality and broken pieces and worked for 1 hour. After that again he stopped the work and saying that he will bring the material tomorrow. I am currently residing in the house and it is very difficult without having the basic furniture. He is not giving our money back neither finishing the work.

File a criminal complaint of cheating case against him and company ask the police to register FIR against him and get arressted. If the agreement is there you can file a consumer case against company and take action for default and deficinet services ask for refund if money you have paid with interest.
