Can we get DC conversion certificate for 30×40 site in varthur. Actually the land which I am trying to purchase does not have dc conversion but it is b khata site,taxes were paid till date. Let me know to process to get dc certificate for site. I am planning to construct a house on this site. Will it become a problem for me in future. Will Bbmp question me ant thing on my property.

DC conversion cannot be issued for site. If BBMP permits you can pay betterment charges and get it later take plan approval from BBMP and construct house if all documnets are perfect and legal. If Betterment charges are paid you can get the changes done in Katha in BBMP.
