I am hindu.My wife went to her parents house with her two children, one is 6 year old girl and other is 7 months old boy. I requested several time to come. But she refused. Now she want to admit her daughter to another school. She has issue of suspecting me that I am in a relationship. But I don't have. I think she has delusional disorder. But she don't want to go to doctor. What to do. If she don't want come I want to have my daughter with me. How is it possible?
it is only possible by way of restitution of conjugal right case which you can file immediately and seek all necessary steps from the hon'ble court so that she gets bound to act upon the same hope you are regular in paying her monthly allowance which may later go against you if not paid
