Want to stay with my wife but she is not coming back

Hi , I have 1 yr old Son and I left my wife at her parents house during last 3 months of pregnancy Now She is not coming back I tried all the option what ever she wanted , but she is not ready to leave her parents house , Asked her why you don't want to join me She replied I am comfortable here ,mujhey achha nahi lagta without my parents. Now what are the option as her parents also playing with my kid so all are happy there. What should I do , I am missing my son
Try to find out real reason behind such behaviour of your wife, try to convince her that her real home is her husband's (yours) home. If the problem is solved without the intervention of court then it will be best for all of you. If she doesn't agree to come and stay with you then you may file petition of restitution of conjugal rights under s.-9 of Hindu Marriage Act.

First I would suggest you that should try to settle matter amicably if not then move to application before parivar paramarsh kendra generally it's situated in SP office of each district
