What can be done if wife's Family is not sending wife back to husband

The day we done court marriage the same day my brother in law came to my place he takes my wife with him on the behalf of they are ready to marry in social way .After 6 month they are saying we will not marry with u and wife fight so much but they are ready and now my wife is also saying I m able to marry u .Because my family is not like u .Now I want my wife back plz suggest me ...
she is your lawfully wedded wife and incase the family is not sending her back or she herself is not returning to you, the law permits you to file for restitution of conjugal rights and the court will order her to return

In case you and your wife both are major and you both got married through court, in such case no one can question your marriage. And if now your in-laws i.e. Family members of your wife donot allow your wife to live with you, in such case you first and foremost you must file a petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act i.e. petition for restitution of conjugal rights.
