dear client as per your query I can only suggest you that divorce is the last remedy your query is not elaborate so if both the parties are ready to separate then you can go for mutual divorce i.e 13b if not then 13 a can be filed that is a regular divorce and property and income are different proceedings i.e maintenance for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

I have seen your query carefully and found that you are willing to get divorce from your husband. But you have not disclose all the details and facts about your problems which are very much necessary to give answers to your questions. However according to hindu marriage act you can get divorce either on the basis of mutual consent or on the basis of grounds mentioned in Hindu Marriage Act after one year completion of the marriage. if you are not working then you can get maintenance amount from your husband by file a petition for maintenance. it is better to get proper legal advice you may contact me without any hesitation, I will definitely try to help you.

Hello... You can file for divorce in you local jurisdiction(district court)... Time for taking divorce depends upon which kind of divorce you are opting for...Like if you are taking Divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act,1955 then it will take minimum 6 months...And the fees will also be dependent on the same... After divorce you can seek maintenance from husband that will be decided by the court according to your husband's income... And you can claim share in the property in which you are joint owner on papers... If your issue is resolved then you can give feedback and for more information you can contact me... Thank you...

you may file a divorce suit against your husband and if you do not want divorce the other option is you can file maintenance application before family court you must contact a good liar of your City and do what he suggests. I am sure by this way certainly you will be able to get justice. thanks, may God help you
