Q: My Boyfriend has denied marriage - looking for reconciliation
we lived for 2.5 years in live-in in Noida . he is denying any reasons of cutting off marriage after talking to my mother convincing her to convince my family for our marriage . Doing second marriage without divorce is a criminal offense. you can not do second marriage without getting divorce from your husband from competant court of law. if you want to get rid with this problem first you send a legal notice to your spouse and try to settle the matter amicably. you can file divorce petition on the basis of mutual consent basis. if your spouse is not interested in divorce on mutual basis then you can call me without any hesitation I will guide you properly for your future actions

My wife has filled fir in BNS 91/313IPC & she has produced a doctor consult letter to IO.. where it mentioned that husband & wife came to consult about abortion & process is also mentioned there.. & doctor is also agreed this in her statement to IO.. it is true that she took abortion medicine 7months back but she do not have any Ultrasound or medical report only that Doctor consult letter she has..now IO telling me that he have to arrest me in this scenario after just filing the chargesheet.. will Ghaziabad court issue the warant to police to arrest me in this scenario after just filling the chargesheet.. please help me..

Husband is in army and wife is pursuing PhD, mental harassment, verbal abuse, physical abuse are the issues and i want to seek for divorce. It has been 3 yrs since we are married but not living together, we are in a long distance marriage. Dowry was not given to husband but all the marriage expense were taken care by bride's family. husband is not ready for divorce, how much time it will take for complete divorce.
