Dear client I have seen your query carefully and found that your husband wants to end the marriage relationship with you by way of divorce. it is not clear that why your husband wants to end this marriage because you have written that you have married with your boyfriend means it was a love marriage. Now it is better for you to file a police complaint against your husband and his family for dowry demands. you should also file a petition under domestic violence act wherein you may made prayer for right to residence or for alternative residence along with protection order and compensation from your husband. if you want any further information and clarification then contact me without any hesitation

Agar aap 18 years se jyada age ki ho tou agar ladke ne shadi ka promise karke ya koi aur lalach dekar physical relation banaya hai tab bhi aap bhartiya nayay sahinta ke tahat case file kar sakte ho. jyada jaankari ke liye poori baat vistar se janna jaroori hai isliye agar possible ho tou aap contact kar sakte ho

you and your wife sit together and settled all the terms and conditions of the divorce like maintenance, alimony and property distribution and noted down in writing. After finalizing the terms and conditions a memorandum of understanding will be drafted on stamp paper duly registered by notary public. you and your wife will file a joint divorce petition accompanying the memorandum of understanding. the family Court will give you next date of 6 months. After six month you and your wife further file jointly a second motion in family court.
