Q: Threat of suicide and Divorce by Husband

I seperated from my husband last month due to regular matrimonial disputes. I have been financially helping him. Now when I ask for my money, he threatens me that either he will file for divorce or he will end his life and I will go to jail. We have 1 year old daughter and my husband doesn't take any responsibility towards her. We both are Hindu and working in Delhi NCR

hello client, i have seen your query carefully and found that your husband is not responsible person. you can file a petition for Maintinace for your daughter angaist your husband. you should also lodge a complaint angaist your husband in concerned police station. you should not worry about the threats of your husband. your husband will not do anything. Q: Maintenance and property right of me and daughter

I am staying separately drom my husband since sept 2024 .my husband and I had an agreement that he will be giving me 35000 per month but he refused ro pay and ther is one more point written on agreement that he has booked a house in Noida for which during registration if certain amount is given by me than he will transfer the property in my daughter name..but as he is not giving any money I doubt he will give that house ro me or daughter.pl help and suggest

if you are living separately from your husband and your husband was agreed to pay you 35000 per month, you can file a petion under section 144 BNNS for Maintinace against your husband. i can give you proper advice after seen the contents of the agreement. please share this document on my WhatsApp number or call me

Dear Sir /MadamOne lawyer named Meshal verma whom I been referred in Last year 2024 May from law rato took my money Rs.12000 that I will handle the case which was already going on from another lawyers earlier in Ghaziabad court Meshal verma said lie that I have went on 19 Sept to court and she requested judge to dispose my whole case after taking some greed from opposite party and is not replying to me at all for returning my money. Q: demand for any amount of money from dad to fund my college fees

Hello sir. I'm 20 years old, currently preparing for NEET UG. I'm actually thinking of opting for a private college but the fees aren't what my mother can afford. My parents got divorced back in 2010. My father never provided any child support or was never in touch with me properly. Can I legally demand for any amount of money from him to fund my college tuition?

i have seen your query carefully and found that you are having an apprehension that the wife of the person to whom you have an affair will lodge a police complaint against you and you will be behind the bar on the basis of police complaint. in this regard i am of the opinion that your apprehension is baseless and imaginary. After the judgment of hon'ble supreme court in the present time adultory is not a criminal offence. only the wife of married person can use adultory as a ground for divorce if she preferred to file divorce petition against her husband. if you need any further clarification you can contact me through the administrator of this website.
