MY wife and i have a fight . she file police complaint and took back later after medical was done.she left the home on the same day with all her valuable belongings. 4.5 year old son is with myself. she is the only daughter and currently residing with her father.1) My Salary in 90,000 and her in contract job in approx 23000 . Can she get maintenance.2) What can i do now to avoid future false cases.3) Can this medical be used in future as she have withdrawn the complaint.4) As of now I have now evidence , as nobody in family make recordings etc ....

मेरी उम्र 19 साल है, मेरे पिता एक रिटायर्ड सरकारी कर्मचारी हैं, शुरू से ही वो शराब पीते थे और मम्मी को मारते पीटते थे, पर बीते कुछ सालों से वो सारा दिन शराब पीते रहते हैं और घर में खर्चे के लिए और पढ़ाई के लिए एक पैसा भी नहीं देते हैं, शराब पीने के लिए मना किया जाता है तो कहते हैं कि तुम कौन होते हो मुझे रोकने वाले मैं अपने पैसों से शराब पी रहा हूं, ज्यादा बोलोगे तो मैं जब चाहूंगा तब मुझे जेल में डलवा दूंगा और घर, खेत सब बेच डालूंगा, इसीलिए मैंने खेत वगेरह के कागज अपने पास रख लिए थे ताकि वो शराब के नशे में ऐसा कोई काम न कर दें, कल शराब पीकर मम्मी से गाली गलौच कर रहे थे तो मैंने मना किया कि गाली मत दो, तो उन्होंने थाने में मेरे और मेरे बड़े भाई के खिलाफ शिकायत कर दी जाकर कि लड़के मुझे मारते पीटते हैं जबकि आजतक हमने उन्हें मारना तो बहुत दूर की बात है हाथ तक नहीं लगाया। आज दोपहर में 5 पुलिस वाले आए और मुझे और मेरे भाई को घर से पकड़ कर थाने में लेकर गए और वहां बहुत गलत तरीके से ट्रीट किए, सर पूरे गांव में हमारी बहुत बदनामी हो गई है, आजतक हमें कोई गलत नहीं कह पाया और आज पुलिस पकड़ कर ले जा

My wife left me one year back and now she filed section 9 case against me. I recieved court notice to attend hearing on particular date but it doesn't have points. nCan I see what points she mentioned in the case through online?nnHow to handle this false case on me? Dear Sir / Ma'amMy younger brother's wife filed FIR against him and also against my parents and me and my wife in 2020 under IPC 498A, 323, 504, and Section 3, 4 of the dowry act. I did not know about these details as I live separately with my wife on another floor in the same houseI just got to know that the honorable court issued a bailable warrant. What does that mean and what I should do?
