Q: High court Mediation- wife is filing objection after signing MOU

1-498a case filed against me and my parents. 2-parents applied for FIR quash, high court referred mediation [husband also attended]. 3-Parents FIR quashed 4- mediator informed me that as husband has participated in the mediation he is also eligible for fir quash and mediator will mention Crime number to be quashed in the MOU(with this husband can file for fir quash) 5- husband filed for quash, now wife is filing objection and question of law raised. will husband FIR be quash?

when FIR registered against the accused person with the husband or other parents can move a petition before high court for quash the FIR but it is a subject matter of the fact your fir quash or not it is a also mention after mediation the facts come out before the court and the facts and material available on the record

कई वर्षों से मुझे अपने परिवार द्वारा शारीरिक,मानसिक,मौखिक,आर्थिक हिंसा झेलनी पड़ी है। मुझे थप्पड़ मारे,मुक्कों से पीटा,बाल खींचे कई बार बेहोशी तक हुई। मासिक धर्म के दौरान भी बुनियादी ज़रूरतें नहीं दी गईं। मेरे साथ यौन उत्पीड़न हुआ बिना सहमति के जबरन चूमना शरीर के निजी हिस्सों को अनुचित रूप से छूना। पैसे रोके गए और मेरी शिक्षा, नौकरी व स्वतंत्र रूप से रहने के फैसलों को दबाया। मैं वयस्क हूँ, फिर भी शिकायत करने पर मुझे धमकाया जा रहा है सहायता नहीं मिल रही।मुझे तत्काल सुरक्षा और कानूनी मदद चाहिए।

आपके विरुद्ध बहुत ही गंभीर अपराध कार्य किए गए हैं जिनको पुलिस के द्वारा अपने थाने में एफआईआर दर्ज कर विपक्षियों के विरुद्ध कड़ी कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए लेकिन कारण कोई भी हो अगर जो फिर अभी तक दर्ज नहीं हुई है तो आप तुरंत अपना प्रार्थना पत्र तैयार करके अपने सारे समस्या जो भी विपक्षीय गण है जिन्होंने आपके विरुद्ध अपराधिकारी किए गए हैं उन सभी का नाम उन सभी के नाम थाने में फिर अवश्य दर्ज कारण उसके बाद उसे पर कार्यवाही अवश्य होगी अगर जो फिर भी किन्हीं कर्म से कार्यवाही नहीं होती है तो आप न्यायालय के शरण में जा सकती हैं

first of all file case for child custody visit because you are natural father of your son and contest your divorce case filed by your wife in india. and also file the case on behalf of your son because the dispute between husband and wife not the dispute of parents

Father died in yr 2014My father did the registered will which says the current house will belong to me and and my mother. Now we want to construct the 1st floor. The architect told us to get the property registered in my name and my mothers name since it is required for naksha approval in Ghaziabad development authority (GDA) for 1st floor constructionwhat should I do ?rgdssachin
